Having trouble? Here are solutions to the most common issues.

I Can't Log In​

Try these steps:

  1. Make sure you're using the correct email address
  2. Click Forgot Password to reset your password
  3. Check your spam folder for the password reset email
  4. Clear your browser cache and try again

If you still can't log in, contact support@leadhubai.com.

I'm Not Receiving Notifications​

  1. Check your notification settings under Settings > Notifications
  2. Make sure notifications are enabled for your device
  3. Check that emails from LeadHub AI aren't going to your spam folder

The Page Isn't Loading Properly​

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Check your internet connection

My AI Assistant Isn't Responding​

  1. Go to Settings > AI Assistant and make sure it's enabled
  2. Verify that your business information is filled out
  3. Check that the assistant is enabled for the relevant channels
