I Can't Log In
Try these steps:
- Make sure you're using the correct email address
- Click Forgot Password to reset your password
- Check your spam folder for the password reset email
- Clear your browser cache and try again
If you still can't log in, contact support@leadhubai.com.
I'm Not Receiving Notifications
- Check your notification settings under Settings > Notifications
- Make sure notifications are enabled for your device
- Check that emails from LeadHub AI aren't going to your spam folder
The Page Isn't Loading Properly
- Refresh the page
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Check your internet connection
My AI Assistant Isn't Responding
- Go to Settings > AI Assistant and make sure it's enabled
- Verify that your business information is filled out
- Check that the assistant is enabled for the relevant channels
