Troubleshooting

Login Issues

I can't log in

  1. Double-check your email address — make sure there are no typos
  2. Try Forgot Password to reset your password
  3. Check your spam folder for the reset email
  4. Clear your browser cache and try again
  5. Try a different browser (Chrome recommended)
  6. If you're a new user, make sure you completed the setup process and set your password

I forgot my password

  1. On the login page, tap "Forgot password?"
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for the reset link (also check spam)
  4. Click the link and set a new password (8+ characters, one uppercase, one number)

I'm locked out after too many attempts

Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the Forgot Password option to reset.

Lead Issues

I'm not receiving any leads

  1. Check that AI Auto-Reply is ON (green pill in the app header)
  2. Verify your Facebook Page is connected (if using Facebook/Instagram)
  3. Make sure your phone number is active
  4. Check that you haven't hit your monthly lead limit
  5. Contact support@leadhubai.io if the issue persists

The AI isn't responding to leads

  1. Make sure AI Auto-Reply is toggled ON
  2. Check if you manually responded to the lead (this pauses AI for that conversation)
  3. Verify your service pricing is set up — the AI needs this context
  4. Check that the lead source is active (SMS, Facebook, etc.)

Leads are showing as "COLD" immediately

This happens when leads send very short messages or don't engage. The AI evaluates each lead's interest level. If a lead sends a single word like "price?" — the AI may initially mark them as cold. As the conversation develops, the temperature will update.

I can't see a lead's messages

  1. Refresh the page (tap the refresh button)
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Try closing and reopening the app
  4. Clear your browser cache

Notification Issues

I'm not receiving push notifications

  1. Make sure you allowed notifications when prompted
  2. Check your device settings: Settings > Notifications > find LeadHub AI > Enable
  3. On iPhone: notifications only work if you installed the app via Safari "Add to Home Screen"
  4. Try reopening the app to re-register for notifications

I'm not receiving email notifications

  1. Go to dashboard Settings and check that Email Notifications is enabled
  2. Check your spam/junk folder
  3. Add noreply@leadhubai.io to your contacts

Dashboard Issues

I can't access the Customer Dashboard

The dashboard is available on every plan (Starter, Growth, Pro) as of April 2026. If you can't sign in at dashboard.leadhubai.io with your normal email/password, try the Forgot Password link, then contact support if it still won't load. (A few features inside the dashboard are tier-gated — Advanced ad targeting and Comment Intelligence are Pro only — but the dashboard itself, the Content Planner, and AI ad campaigns are open to all.)

The dashboard shows old data

Click the refresh button on the Analytics page to reload data. If the issue persists, log out and log back in.

I can't see Lead Generation or Content Planner

These features are only available on the Pro plan. If you recently upgraded, reload the page to see the updated navigation.

Billing Issues

My payment failed

  1. Go to the Customer Dashboard > Company > Plan & Billing > Manage Billing
  2. Update your credit card in the Stripe portal
  3. The next automatic retry will use the new card

I was charged after cancelling

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you cancelled mid-month, you're billed for the full current month but won't be charged again.

I want a refund

Contact support@leadhubai.io with your account email and the reason for the refund request.

Mobile App Issues

The app looks weird on my phone

  1. Make sure you installed it via Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) using "Add to Home Screen"
  2. Clear the browser cache
  3. Remove the app from your home screen and reinstall it

The app won't open from my home screen

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Try opening app.leadhubai.io directly in your browser first
  3. If it works in the browser, remove the home screen icon and re-add it
