The LeadHub Pros directory
The LeadHub Pros directory at leadhubai.io/find-a-pro is our homeowner-facing directory of verified home-service Pros. Homeowners search by category (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, lawn care, cleaning, pest control, garage door, appliance repair, handyman, general contractor, home inspector, pool service, pressure washing, tree service, real estate, windows & doors, painting, kitchen renovation) and find Pros they can trust.
There are two ways for a Pro to get listed:
- Free Listing — anyone can claim a free directory profile in 5 minutes. No credit card.
- Premium Listing — a paid LeadHub customer gets a fully-branded landing page (logo, brand colors, custom About, Services list) with a lead form that auto-replies to homeowners via SMS in under 60 seconds.
Both tiers show up on the same category browse pages. Premium Listings rank first and carry a 🏆 Premium Pro · Verified badge. Free Listings rank below Premium.

How a Free Listing works
The Free Listing is designed for Pros who aren't ready to subscribe to LeadHub yet but want to be discoverable in the directory immediately. The signup is entirely on the marketing website — you do not need a paid account.
Step-by-step signup
- Go to leadhubai.io/list-my-business/apply
- Pick a signup method:
- Facebook Page (recommended) — sign in with your Facebook Business Page. We pull your business name, photos, and About text automatically.
- Google Places search — type your business name + city. If we find you in Google's index, click to claim.
- Manual entry — fill in business name, category, city, state, phone, and email. Best for small or unlisted businesses.
- Verify your email — we send a magic link to confirm you own the email address.
- Review your listing — edit business name, category, city, phone, website, Facebook page, hours, photos, and a short description. Up to 4 categories (1 primary + 3 secondary).
- Publish — your listing goes live in the directory instantly.
What you get on a Free Listing
- Profile card on the relevant category browse page
- Individual listing page with photo gallery, hours, Google Maps link, Facebook link, and website link
- Contact form on the listing page — submissions are sent to the email you signed up with
- No SMS to leads — Free Listings don't have an assigned LeadHub phone number, so leads contact you by email or you call them back
- Free, forever
What you don't get on a Free Listing
- No branded styling (LeadHub teal accent, no logo strip in the header)
- No AI chat or auto-reply — homeowners contact you, you call/email back yourself
- No services chip grid — only the short description appears
- No "🏆 Premium Pro" badge
- Ranks below Premium Listings on the category page

How a Premium Listing works
The Premium Listing is included with every paid LeadHub plan (Starter, Growth, Pro). When you subscribe, you unlock a tab in your customer dashboard that lets you create and edit your branded directory page.
Creating your Premium website

Sign in to dashboard.leadhubai.io

Go to Setup → Web Site (the 🌐 tab)

Review the "From your profile" section — we auto-pull these from your dashboard settings:
- Business name, phone, hours, service area, city, state
- Logo and brand color (from Business → Brand)
- Website URL (from Business → Brand)
- Facebook page (from Setup → Channels)
None of these are editable in the Web Site tab — change them in their original location and republish.

Pick your category — one of the 20 supported directory categories. Determines which category browse page you appear on.

Add a tagline (optional) — a short headline shown under your business name. Up to 120 characters. Example: "Same-Day AC Repair · Family-Owned · Tampa."

Write your About section — long-form description shown on your listing page. Click "↻ Pull from website" to auto-extract content from your website as a starting point.

Build your Services list — up to 12 services with emoji icons. "Pull from website" suggests these too. You can also add custom ones.

Configure the lead form:
- Qualifying question — the open-ended question shown to visitors. We suggest a default for your category (e.g. for HVAC: "What's going on with your AC, and how urgent?"). You can edit or replace it.
- Opt-in disclosure — the SMS consent text shown below the Submit button. Required by U.S. carrier rules. The default template auto-fills your business name.

Updating your Premium Listing later
Return to Setup → Web Site anytime. Edit the same fields and click "Save & republish" — changes are live instantly. The auto-populated profile fields (logo, brand color, hours, etc.) refresh from your current dashboard settings on every republish, so if you updated your logo in Business → Brand last week, the next republish picks it up.

We never auto-publish scraped content. You always review and edit before clicking Publish. The pull happens once per click — no ongoing sync. :::

FAQ
Can I have a Free Listing while I'm a paid customer?
When you sign up for a paid plan and create your Premium Listing in the Web Site tab, your existing Free Listing (if any) is upgraded in place — same URL, same slug, but now branded and connected to the AI inbox. You don't end up with two listings.
Can I list my business in more than one category?
Yes — Free Listings can pick up to 4 categories (1 primary + 3 secondary). You'll appear on each of those category browse pages. Premium Listings currently support one primary category at publish time. If you offer services across many categories, set the most relevant as primary and use the Services list to call out the others.
How long after I click Publish until my listing is live?
Seconds. Both Free and Premium listings update the database immediately — there's no deploy, no cache propagation, no waiting period. If your listing isn't appearing within a minute, try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R or Ctrl+Shift+R) — your browser may be holding an older cached version of the page.
Why is my Premium Listing missing my logo / brand color / hours?
Those fields come from your dashboard at publish time, not the Web Site tab. If they're blank:
- Logo / brand color: Business → Brand
- Hours: Setup → Scheduling
- Service area: Business → Profile
- Facebook page: Setup → Channels
After updating, return to Setup → Web Site and click "Save & republish" — we re-pull from your current settings on every republish.
What's the difference between the Free Listing's contact form and the Premium Listing's lead form?

Why does the Premium lead form require an SMS consent checkbox?
U.S. carrier rules require explicit, opt-in consent before any business can text a consumer. The yellow checkbox is that consent. If a visitor unchecks it, the form won't submit — which is the correct behavior. (Free Listings don't send SMS, so there's no consent box.)
Can I customize the opt-in disclosure text?
Yes, in Setup → Web Site → Lead form. The default template auto-fills your business name and meets U.S. carrier consent requirements. Only edit it if you have a specific reason — the default is the safest choice.
Can I preview my Premium Listing before publishing?
Not in the Web Site tab today — you publish, then click "👁 View live →" to see it. Preview-before-publish is on the near-term roadmap.
My website URL changed and the About text is stale — what do I do?
The "↻ Pull from website" button only runs when you click it (there's no recurring sync). Edit the About section, click the Pull button to fetch fresh content, review what came back, then republish.
My business name changed — how do I update the listing URL slug?
For now, contact support — slug changes are a manual operation because old URLs may be shared, indexed by Google, or printed on materials. We'll set up a redirect so the old URL still works.
Can I have a Premium Listing in multiple cities?
Today: no — one listing per paid customer. Multi-location support is on the roadmap. For now, if you serve multiple cities, set your primary city + use the Service Area in Business Profile to list the others.
