Roles Explained
| Role | Inbox App | Dashboard | Settings | Leads Visibility | Jobs Visibility |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Owner | Full access | Full access | All settings | All leads on the account | All jobs on the account |
| Admin | Full access | Full access | Most settings | All leads on the account | All jobs on the account |
| Agent | View & respond to leads | No access | Limited | Only leads assigned to them | Only their own assigned jobs |
:::info Agent lead and job visibility When you invite someone as an Agent, they only see the leads and jobs that are assigned to them — in both the Inbox app's lead list and the Jobs tab. This keeps each team member's view focused on their own workload. Owners and Admins always see every lead and the full team schedule. A lead an Agent hasn't been assigned yet simply won't appear in their inbox until an Owner/Admin assigns it (or Auto-Assignment does, if it's turned on). :::
Assigning Leads to a Specific Agent
Owners and Admins aren't limited to claiming a lead for themselves — you can hand any lead to a specific Agent. Open the lead's swipe action sheet (or the status dropdown in the chat header) and tap Assign to... to pick from the team. See Leads & Pipeline → Assigning Leads for the full walkthrough, including where the assigned agent's name shows up.
You can also assign a lead to an agent from the Customer Dashboard: on the Leads page, Owners/Admins get an Assign column with a dropdown per lead, plus an Assign filter to see leads by agent (or unassigned). See the Dashboard Leads guide for details.
