Team Management

Add team members so they can view and respond to leads. Each plan has a team member limit.

Inviting Team Members (Inbox App)

  1. Tap the Settings gear icon
  2. Go to the Team tab (people icon)
  3. Enter the team member's Full Name and Email
  4. Tap Send Invite
  5. They'll receive an email with instructions to set their password and log in

The invited team member will have Agent role — they can view and respond to leads in the inbox but cannot change account settings.

Inviting Team Members (Dashboard)

  1. Go to Company in the dashboard sidebar
  2. Scroll to Team Members
  3. Click + Invite User
  4. Enter:
    • Full Name (required)
    • Email (required)
    • Role: Admin (Dashboard + Inbox) or Agent (Inbox Only)
  5. Click Send Invite

:::info Agent job visibility When you invite someone as an Agent, they only see the jobs that are assigned to them in the Jobs tab. This keeps each technician's view focused on their own workload. Owners and Admins always see the full team schedule. :::

Removing Team Members

In the Inbox App

  1. Go to Settings > Team tab
  2. Find the member you want to remove
  3. Tap the X button next to their name
  4. Confirm removal

In the Dashboard

  1. Go to Company > Team Members
  2. Click the remove button next to the member
  3. Confirm removal

You cannot remove yourself (the account owner). The owner role cannot be transferred.

Team Member Activity

In the Team section, you can see:

  • Each member's name and email
  • Their role (Owner, Admin, or Agent)
  • Last login date — or "Never logged in" if they haven't set up yet

What Team Members Can Do

Team members (agents) can:

  • View all leads in the inbox
  • Read and send messages to leads
  • Change lead status
  • See AI suggestions
  • View only the jobs assigned to them in the Jobs tab
  • Receive push notifications when their assigned leads qualify or customers reply

Team members cannot:

  • Change account settings
  • Add/remove other team members
  • Manage service pricing
  • Change the plan or billing
  • See jobs assigned to other team members
