Settings & Configuration
Access settings by tapping the gear icon in the top-right of the Lead Inbox app. The settings panel has five sections.
Lead Stats Tab
View your lead performance metrics:
- Monthly usage bar: Shows leads used this month vs your plan limit (turns yellow at 70%, red at 90%)
- Quick stats: This Week, All Time, Conversion Rate, Hot Leads
- Source filter: View stats by channel (SMS, WhatsApp, FB DM, FB Form, IG DM)
- Status filter: View by lead status (Qualified, Assigned, Completed, etc.)
- Filtered lead list: See matching leads in a table — tap any lead to open it
Team Tab
Manage your team members:
- View all members with their role and last login
- Invite new members (Name + Email)
- Remove team members (cannot remove yourself)
- See capacity vs plan limit

Service Pricing Tab
Manage your services and AI settings:
Services
- View all services with prices
- Add new services (Name + Price)
- Remove services
AI Agent Settings
- Agent Name: The name your AI uses when talking to leads
- Response Delay: Seconds to wait before responding (0-120). Makes responses feel more natural.

About Tab
View your plan and manage your subscription:
Plan Information
- Current plan name (Starter, Growth, or Pro)
- Monthly lead limit
- Team member limit
- Lead retention period
- App version
Change Plan
- Tap Change Plan
- Select a new plan from the dropdown
- Review the proration breakdown:
- Upgrading: Shows prorated charge for remaining days + new monthly rate
- Downgrading: Shows credit applied to next bill + new monthly rate
- Confirm the change
Cancel Plan
- Tap Cancel Plan (red button at bottom)
- Review the confirmation message
- Choose "Yes, Cancel My Plan" or "No, Keep My Plan"
- If cancelled: your app stays active until the end of the billing period, then data is kept for 90 days
