Install the Mobile App

The LeadHub AI Lead Inbox works as a mobile app on both iPhone and Android. It's a Progressive Web App (PWA) — no app store download needed.

iPhone (Safari)​

  1. Open Safari and go to app.leadhubai.io
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
  4. Tap "Add" in the top right
  5. The LeadHub AI icon will appear on your home screen

:::warning Use Safari On iPhone, you must use Safari to install the app. Chrome and other browsers don't support "Add to Home Screen" on iOS. :::

Android (Chrome)​

  1. Open Chrome and go to app.leadhubai.io
  2. Tap the three-dot menu (top right)
  3. Tap "Install app" or "Add to Home Screen"
  4. Tap "Install"
  5. The LeadHub AI icon will appear in your app drawer and home screen

Enable Push Notifications​

After installing, enable push notifications so you never miss a lead:

  1. Open the app and log in
  2. Your browser will ask to allow notifications — tap "Allow"
  3. If you missed the prompt, go to your phone's Settings > Notifications > find LeadHub AI > Enable

Logging In​

Use the same email and password you created during setup:

  1. Open the app from your home screen
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Tap Sign In

If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions in the reset email.

Customer Dashboard (all plans)​

The Customer Dashboard at dashboard.leadhubai.io can also be installed the same way. Follow the same steps above using dashboard.leadhubai.io instead of app.leadhubai.io. The dashboard is available on every plan (Starter, Growth, Pro).
