How It Works​

The AI assistant can automatically respond to common customer questions based on your business information and service details. It works around the clock, ensuring your leads always get a timely response.

Setting Up Your AI Assistant​

  1. Go to Settings > AI Assistant
  2. Configure your business details and services
  3. Set your preferred response style and tone
  4. Enable the assistant for your channels

Customizing Responses​

You can customize how your AI assistant responds:

  • Business Info — Update your business details so the assistant provides accurate information
  • Service Pricing — Add your services and pricing so the assistant can answer pricing questions
  • Response Tone — Choose between professional, friendly, or casual communication styles

When Does the AI Take Over?​

The AI assistant handles initial inquiries and common questions. When a conversation requires a personal touch, it seamlessly hands off to you or your team.
