Getting Started
What is LeadHub AI?
LeadHub AI is an AI-powered lead management platform for small businesses. It captures leads from SMS, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, responds automatically in under 60 seconds, qualifies them, and follows up — all on autopilot.
How do I get started?
Visit leadhubai.io/trial to start a free 14-day trial. No credit card required. You'll get full Pro access during the trial.
What do I get during the free trial?
Full Pro plan access for 14 days: 2,000 leads/month, AI Lead Generation, Content Planner, 10 team members, and all channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
Do I need to install anything?
No downloads needed. LeadHub AI works in your browser. You can also install it as a mobile app — see Install the Mobile App.
Lead Inbox App
What is the Lead Inbox?
The Lead Inbox at app.leadhubai.io is where you view and respond to all lead conversations. It works like a messaging app — all your SMS, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp messages in one place.
How does the AI respond to leads?
The AI reads incoming messages, checks your business profile and service pricing, and sends a personalized response within 60 seconds. It can answer questions, give quotes, and schedule appointments.
Can I turn off the AI?
Yes. Toggle the AI ON/OFF button in the top right of the inbox. When off, you handle all messages manually. You can also turn it off for individual conversations by replying manually.
How do I add my services and prices?
Go to Settings (gear icon) > Service Pricing tab. Add each service with a name and price. The AI uses this to give accurate quotes. See Service Pricing.
What do the lead statuses mean?
See Leads & Pipeline for a full explanation of all statuses (NEW, CONTACTED, QUALIFIED, BOOKED, etc.) and temperature badges (HOT, WARM, COLD).
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings > Team tab. Enter their name and email, then tap Send Invite. They'll receive an email to set up their password. See Team Management.
Can my team see all leads?
Yes. All team members see the same leads. When someone manually responds, the lead is assigned to them and the AI stops auto-replying for that conversation.
How do AI follow-ups work?
If a lead doesn't respond, the AI sends automatic follow-ups: first after 48 hours, then after 5 days. If there's still no response, the lead is auto-closed after 14 days. You can cancel follow-ups from the lead detail panel.
Customer Dashboard
What is the Customer Dashboard?
The dashboard at dashboard.leadhubai.io is your business analytics and management hub. View performance metrics, manage your company profile, create AI ads, and handle billing.
Who gets dashboard access?
The dashboard is available on every plan (Starter, Growth, Pro). Some features inside the dashboard are tier-gated — see the "Plans at a Glance" table on the Welcome page.
What can I do on the dashboard that I can't do in the app?
- View detailed analytics and charts
- Create AI-powered social posts and stories (Quick — all plans)
- Upload your own photos and videos to publish (Upload — all plans)
- Schedule the same post for up to 3 days per batch (all plans)
- Use the Content Planner — Calendar, My Campaigns, and Analytics on every plan
- Run AI ad campaigns (all plans). Advanced ad targeting (audience, age/gender, budget tiers) is Pro only.
- Comment Intelligence — AI auto-reply on Facebook + Instagram comments (Pro only)
- Upload brand assets (logo, colors)
- View and print your service agreement
- Manage billing through Stripe
Do I use the same login for both apps?
Yes. Use the same email and password for both app.leadhubai.io (Lead Inbox) and dashboard.leadhubai.io (Customer Dashboard).
Billing & Plans
How much does LeadHub AI cost?
- Starter: $250/month (150 leads, 2 team members)
- Growth: $399/month (500 leads, 5 team members, dashboard)
- Pro: $599/month (2,000 leads, 10 team members, AI ads, content planner)
Can I change my plan?
Yes, anytime. From the app: Settings > About > Change Plan. From the dashboard: Company > Plan & Billing > Change Plan. Changes are prorated.
What happens when I cancel?
Your app stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your data is kept for 90 days in case you want to reactivate. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
How do I update my credit card?
Go to the Customer Dashboard > Company > Plan & Billing > Manage Billing. This opens Stripe's portal where you can update your card, view invoices, and download receipts.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. LeadHub AI is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Channels & Integrations
What channels does LeadHub AI support?
- SMS — via your dedicated local phone number
- Facebook Messenger — direct messages from your Facebook Page
- Instagram DM — direct messages from your Instagram business account
- WhatsApp — WhatsApp Business messages
- Facebook Lead Forms — submissions from Facebook Lead Ads
How do I connect my Facebook Page?
During onboarding, you'll have the option to connect your Facebook Page. If you skipped it, contact support@leadhubai.io and we'll help you connect it.
Do I get my own phone number?
Yes. Every account gets a dedicated local phone number. Leads can text this number and the AI will respond automatically.

I'm not receiving leads. What should I check?
- Make sure AI Auto-Reply is turned ON (green pill in the app header)
- Check that your Facebook Page is connected (if using Facebook/Instagram)
- Verify your phone number is active
- Contact support@leadhubai.io if the issue persists
