All three tabs are available on every plan. The dashboard lands on the Calendar by default. See plans and pricing for everything that's included on each tier.

Calendar Viewโ€‹

The default Pro view shows a monthly calendar with every scheduled piece of content plotted on its day.

  • Navigate months with the arrow buttons or jump to today with the Today button
  • Each day shows icons for the content scheduled:
    • ๐ŸŽฏ Ad โ€” paid campaigns
    • ๐Ÿ“ฐ Post โ€” organic social posts
    • ๐Ÿ“ฑ Story โ€” vertical stories
    • ๐Ÿ”ฅ Flame โ€” the content is being boosted
    • ๐ŸŸข Green badge with lead count โ€” this content has generated leads

Clicking a dayโ€‹

Click any day with content to open a detail modal showing:

  • Every scheduled piece of content for that day
  • Type badge (Ad / Post / Story)
  • Name or caption preview
  • Status (draft, scheduled, active, paused, completed)
  • Boost info (daily budget and duration, if boosted)
  • Target platforms (Facebook, Instagram, or both)
  • Lead count (if any leads have already come from this content)

From the modal you can:

  • Open โ€” jumps back to Lead Generation with that campaign loaded for editing
  • Pause / Resume โ€” toggle the status for active or paused content
  • Delete โ€” remove the scheduled content

Clicking a campaign rowโ€‹

Click any row in the campaign list or the Analytics tab to open that specific campaign's detail view โ€” same modal, same actions. Lets you drill into a single piece without having to find its day on the calendar.

Stats Barโ€‹

At the top of the calendar, four stat cards show at-a-glance numbers for the current month:

  • Posts โ€” social posts created this month
  • Ads โ€” paid ads created this month
  • Boosted โ€” count of content running with boost
  • Leads โ€” total leads generated from content this month

My Campaigns Tab (All plans)โ€‹

A combined list view of every ad and social post you've scheduled, published, or saved as draft:

  • Columns: type, content preview, status, platforms, leads generated
  • Sort by date or performance
  • Click any row to open the detail view
  • Delete individual items

Good for a quick overview when the calendar feels too spread out.

Analytics Tabโ€‹

Performance metrics for all your content:

Key Statsโ€‹

  • Leads this month โ€” total from all content
  • Facebook leads โ€” DMs, ads, and lead forms combined
  • Instagram leads โ€” DMs and ads combined
  • SMS leads โ€” from phone-driven campaigns

Lead Sources Chartโ€‹

Bar chart breaking down leads by source channel, sorted by volume. Quickly see whether your best channel this month is Facebook DMs, Instagram ads, or something else.

Top Ad Campaignsโ€‹

Your best-performing ads ranked by leads generated. Shows image thumbnail, campaign name, current status, and lead count. Click any row to open the full campaign.

Top Social Postsโ€‹

Your best-performing posts ranked by engagement. Shows image, caption preview, type (Post or Story), boost status, and leads attributed.

List Viewโ€‹

Toggle to a table view for a more data-focused layout:

  • Columns: Date ยท Type ยท Content ยท Status ยท Platforms ยท Leads ยท Actions
  • Sortable by each column
  • Shows all content for the current month at a glance

Great for spreadsheet-style review or quickly deleting a batch of old drafts.

Statuses explainedโ€‹

StatusMeaning
DraftSaved but not yet published. Kept for 60 days.
ScheduledQueued to publish at a future date/time
ActiveCurrently published and live (for boosted ads, currently running)
PausedWas active, now temporarily stopped. Can be resumed.
CompletedFinished running (boosted ad ended, or scheduled end date reached)

Tipsโ€‹

  • Use the calendar to spread content across the week. Batch-publishing on one day underperforms. The Content Planner makes it easy to see which days have nothing scheduled.
  • Review Top Ad Campaigns weekly. Patterns in what converts become obvious fast โ€” double down on the style, scene, and copy approaches that win.
  • Drafts don't expire for 60 days. If you brainstorm a week of ideas on Monday, they'll still be there Saturday night when you're ready to finalize them.
  • Paused isn't deleted. If a campaign is underperforming, pause it to stop spend without losing the setup. Resume later or delete if you're sure.
