Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics page gives you a real-time overview of your lead performance. Available on Growth and Pro plans.
Key Metrics
At the top of the page, you'll see your most important numbers:
| Metric | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Leads | All leads received (filtered by time period) |
| Leads This Week/Month | Recent lead volume |
| Booked Leads | Leads that have been booked for appointments |
| Conversion Rate | Percentage of leads booked or completed |
| Total Messages | All messages sent and received |
| Avg Response Time | How fast leads get a response (in minutes) |
Time Period Filter
Switch between three views using the buttons at the top:
- This Week — Last 7 days
- This Month — Current calendar month
- All Time — Since your account was created
Charts & Breakdowns
Leads by Source
Bar chart showing where your leads come from:
- SMS
- Facebook DM
- Facebook Ad/Form
- Instagram DM
Leads by Status
Bar chart showing your pipeline distribution:
- New, Contacted, Replied, Qualified, Booked, Closed
Leads by Service
If you have service pricing set up, shows which services get the most leads.
Weekly Trend
Column chart showing leads per week over the last 12 weeks. Helps you spot trends and seasonal patterns.
Recent Leads Table
Below the charts, a table shows your 10 most recent leads with:
- Name and phone number
- Source (color-coded badge)
- Status (color-coded badge)
- Service requested
- Date received
Refreshing Data
Tap the refresh button (circular arrow) in the top right to reload all analytics data.
