14-Day Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial — full access to all features, no credit card required. During the trial:
- You get Pro plan features (2,000 leads, AI ads, content planner)
- A trial banner in the app shows remaining days
- You can upgrade to any plan anytime from the app or dashboard
- At the end of the trial, you choose a plan and add payment
Changing Plans
From the Lead Inbox App
- Go to Settings > About tab
- Select a new plan
- Review proration
- Confirm the change
From the Customer Dashboard
- Go to Company page
- Scroll to Plan & Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro)
- Review the proration breakdown showing:
- Your current plan and new plan
- The prorated charge or credit for remaining days
- Your new monthly rate
- Features included in the new plan
- Click Agree to confirm the change
- You'll see a success message with the billing details
- Click Done to reload with your updated plan
How Proration Works
When you change plans mid-billing cycle, billing is adjusted automatically. You're never double-charged and never lose money.
Upgrading (e.g., Starter $250 → Growth $399)
- Stripe calculates the price difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle
- The prorated amount is charged to your card on file immediately
- Starting next month, you're billed the new full rate
Example: You're on Starter ($250/mo) and upgrade to Growth ($399/mo) with 15 days left in your billing period:
- Daily difference: ($399 - $250) / 30 = $4.97/day
- Prorated charge: $4.97 x 15 days = $74.50 charged now
- Next month: $399/mo going forward
Downgrading (e.g., Pro $599 → Growth $399)
- Stripe calculates the unused portion of your higher plan for the remaining days
- A credit is created on your account
- The credit is automatically applied to your next invoice, reducing what you pay
Example: You're on Pro ($599/mo) and downgrade to Growth ($399/mo) with 15 days left:
- Daily difference: ($599 - $399) / 30 = $6.67/day
- Credit applied: $6.67 x 15 days = $100.00 credit
- Next month: $399 - $100 = $299 charged (then $399/mo after that)
:::tip Check Your Invoices You can view all charges, credits, and invoices by going to Company > Plan & Billing > Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can see every transaction. :::
Cancelling
You can cancel your plan anytime:
- Go to Settings > About > Cancel Plan (in the app), or Company > Cancel Plan (in the dashboard)
- Confirm the cancellation
- Your app stays active until the end of the current billing period
- Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation
- You can reactivate anytime during the 90-day window
