Payment & Billing

LeadHub AI uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Your credit card information is handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Adding a Payment Method

From the Dashboard

  1. Go to Company page
  2. Scroll to Plan & Billing
  3. Click Add Payment Method
  4. Select your plan
  5. Review pricing and features
  6. Click Agree & Continue to Payment
  7. Enter your credit card in the Stripe checkout form
  8. Click Subscribe

From the Lead Inbox App

  1. If you're on a trial, tap the trial banner at the top
  2. Select your plan in the upgrade modal
  3. Click Continue with [Plan]
  4. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout
  5. Enter your card details and subscribe

Managing Your Payment Method

To update your credit card or view invoices:

  1. Go to the Customer Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Company > Plan & Billing
  3. Click Manage Billing (opens Stripe portal in a new tab)
  4. From there you can:
    • Update your credit card
    • View all invoices
    • Download receipts
    • Update billing email

Invoices

Invoices are generated monthly by Stripe. You can:

  • View them in the Manage Billing portal
  • See them in the Account History on the Contract page
  • Click "View Invoice" on any history entry to see the Stripe receipt

Billing Cycle

  • Billing is monthly, starting from the date you first subscribed
  • Invoices are generated at the start of each billing period
  • Payments are charged automatically to your card on file
  • If payment fails, your account is marked "Past Due" and you'll receive a notification

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. Your account status changes to "Past Due"
  3. Stripe will retry the payment automatically
  4. Update your card via Manage Billing to resolve immediately
  5. If unresolved, your account may be paused after multiple failed attempts
